HOA dues are due on 12/31 of every year. Starting 1/15 there will be a late fee added.
Please reach us at hoa@kellylakes.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We will be hosting multiple key fob pick-up dates @ the pool. Unless you have mis-placed your fob, your original will work and be turned on @ the start of the season (May 23rd). If you have lost your key fob from last season, it will be a $25 charge to obtain a new one, you can bring cash or check to one of the fob pick-up dates listed on the calendar.
*As a reminder, if you sell your home, please be sure to leave the fob for the new owners, this helps keep costs down for the neighborhood as a whole.
**Please keep in mind that if you have NOT paid your HOA dues, we will not be able to turn on your key fob until your account is current.
Our covenants require any children under the age of 15 to have a parent or guardian with them at all times at the pool. Any kiddos who are not chaperoned will be asked to leave the pool area.
The neighborhood CCR's require a maintained front area. Please be aware that yards should have regular maintenance and lawns should stay in accordance with Edmond city guidelines.
Inoperable vehicles or vehicles parked in driveways for an extended period of time are not allowed. As stated in the CCR, "No automobile, truck, trailer, recreational vehicle, boat, tent or temporary structure of any nature whatsoever shall ever be temporarily or permanently parked, located or otherwise maintained forward of the front building set-back or limit line on a lot, as same is shown as is shown on the recorded plat of KELLY LAKES ESTATES II, provided, however, that it is not the intention of this paragraph to exclude the temporary parking of passenger automobiles on any portion of the garage driveway that is located in front of such front building limit or set-back line on each building site. No junk automobiles, non-operative machinery or equipment shall be kept or stored on any portion of said lots. No recreational vehicle or boat shall be permanently stored on any lot."
The front and sides of home sites should be clear of broken toys and/trash.
We recommend you park vehicles in your driveway to keep the roadways clear for moving vehicles. If you notice a vehicle being parked in the street for long periods, please contact the non-emergency line with the city of Edmond at 405.359.4494.
